This great package is not working any more with PHP 8.5:

 - Root composer.json requires pxlrbt/filament-excel ^3.6 -> satisfiable by pxlrbt/filament-excel[v3.6.0, v3.6.1].
    - maatwebsite/excel[3.1.0, ..., 3.1.25] require php ^7.0 -> your php version (8.5.7) does not satisfy that requirement.
    - maatwebsite/excel 3.1.26 requires phpoffice/phpspreadsheet ^1.15 -> satisfiable by phpoffice/phpspreadsheet[1.30.5].
    - maatwebsite/excel 3.1.27 requires phpoffice/phpspreadsheet ^1.16 -> satisfiable by phpoffice/phpspreadsheet[1.30.5].

For what I've seen the root caouse is the old version of phpoffice/phpspreadsheet required by the imported package maatwebsite/excel (but I can be wrong)

I think we have to wait for maatwebsite/excel v4. There's no release date for that on though.
