Hi,

How can you set labels for each environment, for example my env is 'prod' but I want the indicator to say 'Production'.

It's not possible currently. It reads straight from app()->environment(). I would accept a PR that adds a ->label() method, that accepts a Closure to map the label, if you want to give it a try.
